How it works
Open a page with a table, search results, a product grid or any other list.
Click the Page2Sheet icon or press Alt+Shift+E. The data is detected and highlighted on the page.
Adjust the columns if you want. Adding one takes a click in the panel and a click on the page.
Open the preview, check your rows and export to Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
What it does
Automatic detection
Finds tables and repeated lists. If the first guess isn't right, cycle to the next candidate or pick the list yourself.
Click-to-select columns
Add, rename, reorder and delete columns, and set each column's value type.
A full preview
Edit cells, sort and filter, remove duplicates, undo and redo, and apply column transforms in its own tab.
Excel files ready to use
A bold frozen header, fitted column widths, clickable links, and real numbers and dates.
Page after page
Follow the Next button or infinite scroll, with Stop and Resume and an adjustable delay between pages.
Fields from linked pages
Pick values on the page each row links to, like a product's details, and they're merged into that row.
Saved recipes
Page2Sheet remembers your setup for a site, so Run & export repeats the job in one click.
CSV that opens cleanly
UTF-8 with a byte order mark, so accented characters show up correctly in Excel.
Private by design
- Reads a page only after you click its icon on that page.
- Detection, extraction, the preview and the file are all made in your browser.
- No servers, no analytics, no tracking and no sign-up.
- Collected rows are deleted automatically after 7 days.
