Capture the whole page in one click

Scrollshot scrolls through a page and stitches it into one image, even in Gmail, Notion and chat apps that scroll inside a panel. Mark it up, then save it as PNG, JPG or PDF. Your screenshots never leave your browser.

Shortcut: Alt+Shift+P

Screenshots

Scrollshot’s popup on an article, with Capture full page, Visible area, Select area and recent captures.

How it works

  1. Open any page, click the Scrollshot icon and choose Capture full page, or press Alt+Shift+P (Option+Shift+P on a Mac).

  2. Scrollshot scrolls through the page and stitches it together. Press Stop or Esc at any time to keep what it has so far.

  3. The capture opens in the editor. Crop it, add arrows, shapes and text, and blur anything private.

  4. Download it as PNG, JPG or PDF, or copy it to the clipboard.

What it does

  • Apps that scroll inside

Gmail, Notion, chat apps and dashboards scroll inside a panel, not the window. Scrollshot captures that panel in full, or any scrollable area you pick.

  • Sticky headers once

Headers that follow you down the page show once at the top. Chat buttons and cookie banners are left out.

  • Lazy images load first

Images that load as you scroll are loaded before they're captured, and captures stay sharp on high-resolution screens.

  • Stop at any time

On long or endless pages, press Stop or Esc and keep everything captured so far. Switching tabs pauses the capture instead of breaking it.

  • Four ways to capture

Full page, visible area, a selected area or one scrollable area, from the toolbar icon, keyboard shortcuts or the right-click menu.

  • Mark it up

Crop, arrows, lines, rectangles, ellipses, pen, highlighter and text. Blur or pixelate private details before you share.

  • Never cut off

PDFs come as one tall page, A4 or Letter. A page too big for one image is saved as several images or one PDF.

  • History

Your 25 most recent captures, plus up to 5 starred ones, stay in your browser. The latest are one click away in the popup.
