FreeChrome, Firefox and Edge extension
Pin notes anywhere on any webpage
Pinlet puts a numbered note exactly where you click, like comments in a design tool. Notes stay on the right spot as the page changes, are saved in your browser, and can be shared with a link. No account needed.
Shortcut: Alt+Shift+N

How it works
Open any website and click the Pinlet icon, or press Alt+Shift+N (Option+Shift+N on a Mac).
Click anywhere on the page to place a note. It gets a numbered pin.
Type your note and pick a status color. It's saved automatically.
Click the link icon to copy a share link with every note on the page.
What it does
Pin to anything
Text, buttons, images or any other part of a page. Each note gets a numbered pin.
Stays in place
Notes keep their spot when you scroll, resize the window or the layout changes, even in scrolling panels and fixed headers.
Works on web apps
Content that loads late and sites that switch pages without reloading keep their notes.
Nothing gets lost
If the part of the page a note was on disappears, the note stays visible where it was.
Share with a link
One link carries every note on a page. Anyone can open it, even without Pinlet: they see the notes on a page here, and can install Pinlet to see them on the page itself.
Status colors
Info, success, warning and danger. Previous and next buttons step through the notes and highlight what each one is attached to.
All notes
Every page you've left notes on, grouped by day, with search, status filters and a link straight back to each note.
Light and dark
Follows your system theme. In English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Japanese.
