If Amplio Pro is not right for you, write to us within 14 days of any payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions.

How to ask

1. Email the address below from the address you used to buy, or include your license key or order number.
2. We confirm and request the refund through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
3. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Banks differ, but it usually shows up within a few business days.

What happens next

Your license is deactivated and the Pro features stop working. Everything in the free version keeps working, and your saved settings stay on your device.

Canceling without a refund

You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live. Those rights are not affected.
