Nutzungsbedingungen von Amplio
Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gibt es nur auf Englisch.
Agreement
These terms are between you and max7up (“we”), the developer and publisher of Amplio. By installing or using Amplio you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The software and the free version
Amplio is provided free of charge for personal and professional use on your own devices. We may update, change or improve it over time. Nothing that is free today will move behind the paywall.
Pro subscription
Pro is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly, that unlocks the extra features listed on the Amplio page. After purchase you receive a license key to use on your own browsers, up to 5 at a time. Do not share, resell or publish your key.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates). Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may be added depending on your country. If we change the price for future renewals, you will be told in advance.
Refunds
Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.
Responsible use and hearing safety
Very loud sound can permanently damage your hearing and can damage speakers and headphones. Amplio includes protection, a limiter and a warning at high levels, but it cannot know your equipment or your hearing. You are responsible for choosing safe volume levels. Do not use high boost with headphones or earbuds.
Compatibility
Websites and browsers change, and some media cannot be processed, for example media protected by DRM or media that a site does not allow other software to process. We try to tell you when this happens, but we cannot promise that Amplio works on every website or with every browser version.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Amplio is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have by law as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to Amplio is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim, or nothing for the free version. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending your use
You can stop using Amplio at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop honoring a license key that is used in breach of these terms, for example one that is shared publicly or was obtained by fraud. The free features keep working.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for paying customers, we tell you by email before it applies. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
